Remove the 4pin resistor that is uper the power ic.
I have tested few minutes ago.

I changed charging jack but problem not solved. then 'REMOVE' 4 PIN RESISTOR ( upper the power ic ) and 100% solved the problem. anyway thanks for ur good comment.
