Nokia 2690 also dead
I'm having the same problem. I'm 60, and can't understand all the jargon! Is there an easy explanation?

Thank you for the tips but I still don't understand. What is a bsi, and how do I check it? Do you mean the phone charger is faulty, and if so, how do I get a new one? Would it be easier if I just got a new phone? Is this a common fault? Could you write without text-speak, please.

frist chek volt on power key if no volt there then
