Now various brands and models of every mobile phone products although have the same parts but differs on each sizes and technical specs. Others also are compatible with each other..

The Following are the most common types of spare parts you can find inside mobile phones handsets.

BATTERY-
A battery is used to provide power supply to the PCB circuits and components. There Are various types of Batteries in each particular mobile phone products, and varies to each sizes and specifications. Manufacturers coded each particular packaged according to sizes and where specified product to use. The standard battery Voltage Range is 3.7V and is made of rechargeable Lithium Ion.



Battery Connectors

This the interface where the battery connects and supply the voltage to the cellphones main circuitry or PC Board. Old models used 4 pin which lead to four battery output sources such as +(positive) - (negative) BSI (battery status indicator) and Btemp (Battery Temperature)
The latest designs consists of only three pins, The + (positive) - (negative) and BSI (battery status indicator) the Btemp is diminished and still in cellphone circuitry included.

How to Test Mobile phone Speaker,Buzzer or Ringer

Speakers also known as earpiece is the device that allows the handset user to hear the other user during call convesations.
While the Buzzer or a Ringer is the one that sends out the ringtone to hear by the handset user.
Both Earpiece, buzzer or ringer are same speaker. it only varies the loudness of it sounds being produce.
Ringer buzzer generates more loudness than the earpiece speaker.
A speaker is a device that converts electrical signal into sounds.
It is made by a magnetic wire winded into a coil and a metal piece of magnet.
below is an example oh how to test of a good and working speakers .

Simply set the analog or digital multi-tester to X1 resistance value, and attach one probe to one the speakers terminal while tick tacking the other one unto it.
A working speaker produce a crackling sounds and the multi-tester pointer moves, while the a busted one will not and have no reading.

when we short +,- terminals of battery phone get full short on power supply
but we short the (+ line and the -) line of the on off switch phone is working
how this can happen?

if we short a vbat capacitor also phone is full short.
but short a normal cap phone did not get full short?

what is the different between negative,ground,earth?

i am confusing .

help me experts

"Every mobile phone has a program witch operates it.This program is called "Firmware" some time this firmware has been corrupted , the replacement of corrupted firmware is called flashing"

2= what is flash files?
" ----Infect the firmware of every mobile phone lays in the shape of flash files.Actually the flash files of any mobile phone are called firmware of that mobile phone.
"-------Every company has its own flash files .....Nokia/LG/China/Samsung/SonyEricsson/Motrola..........etc"
