What do they look like?... If you have an adaptor to make it normal SD Card size, then unlock with JAF or any Memory card unlock clip.

I used converter and mmc unlocker but unable to unlock.

Tried format with memory card reader via pc?.. Format as "FAT"..not "FAT32"

Try this...

Ive done a few mmc cards using JAF, and sometimes its needed to format the card after to make it ok

You sure the card isnt corrupted?

Yes i know if you want to unlock it you have to format after unlock. But i have tried that out very before.

Unlock Micro SD from E51
If you put "Allow Remote lock code" in options of your phone, and lock your phone with SMS. The same password you put as remote lock code, will unlock your Micro SD Card !!!

The remote lock option in E-Series phone allws you to unlock your phone by sending a sms.

The only thing you have to do is to activate this feature by going to Tools | Settings | Security | Phone and SIM | Allow remote lock menu. The password of your memory card will be your remote lock message.

So you have to just send a sms containing your remote lock message that will automatically change your memory card passsword.
