Infinity-Box SmartCard API error - GSM-Forum

Hello I have the I-Pmart-Box 2 in 1 I installed the drivers "Infinity-Box_Drivers_v1.4" however when I plug in the box and run the Infinity-Box Shell it gives me the following error:

Dongle cant be found
Error when listing readers!
SmartCard API error #8010002E
Cannot find a smart card reader.

I looked in the Device Manager and the box is listed as:
Ports (COM&LPT)
--USB Serial Port (COM3)

Can anyone help me? thanks

plz use driver version 1.2 and try agen if problam stil plz tell me i help u

and plz try on other computer if same then hardwear falt

Hello,

If "card-reader" can not be found you need to install e-gate drivers:
C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\box\e-gate_W2k_XP_Vista

I installed the version 1.2 and it still gives me the same error, I also installed it on a different computer and no luck. When I go to Device Manager and i plug in the box a new device apears as "Ports (COM & LPT)
USB Serial port (COM3)"

Do you know whats going on? thanks

Hello infinity team.

I also got same problem with gamaos21.

I already done this instructions:

If "card-reader" can not be found you need to install e-gate drivers:
C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\box\e-gate_W2k_XP_Vista

Can you help me with this:

i have the same problem before all i do is open the box clean the contact of the egate card and it works
but the consequenses is i lost my warranty..
