Infinity setUp (New User) - Insatallation Problem!!

Plz xplain me how to install my infinity box???

It always show:

Erro when establishing context !
SmartCard API error #801xxx1D
The Smart card resource manager is not running.

what is the problem plz???

hello!

have you followed instalation instructions:

1. Run: Infinity_Drv.exe

After this installation part will be completed, make the next steps:

2. Run: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\e-gate_W2k_XP\Setup.exe

3. Insert Box dongle into USB port

Your system now have three new devices:

1. e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators -> e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator

2. Smart card readers -> e-gate USB Smart card reader

3. e-gate USB Smart Cards -> e-gate USB Smart Card

4. Insert Cable and select drivers from folder: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\Cable

at what point you get this error?

also it's good idea for new user to read FAQ, especially this page with explanation about The Smart card resource manager is not running problem:

MY RESELLER IS TOO FAR, ANY IDEA WAT TO DO WIZ MY BOX??

Hello,

Yes, it's very very very interesting to see you DeviceManager picture with info about IDE controllers and Video controller, but could you, please, be so kind and make installation process again as described in installation instruction.

Pls, download latest drivers v1.4 from support areea, install "Main Installation package" and see results.
In case of problems tell me at what step ypou have an error and what smart-card device not work !!!
Also PLEASE, read this about your first problem with "The Smart card resource manager is not running.":

which of this 3 devices you have and which not?

looks like problem with your PC. can you try to install on some other PC?
the main thing to check if PC recognise box when you insert it

Please note that i am having problem with downloading new infinity main setup version 2.12 recently released. It took me several hours to download it in 10 parts only to discover that they were all corrupt. Please let me know if i can use speed download manager and why is it now that i must use the search button before the installation package could be found?
