| how to fix error 1015 on iphone 3g 4.2.1 hi i update the baseband to ipod 615 after that i jailbraked and when i try to unloked the phone get stuck in apple logo and i try to restore and give error 1015 any help appreciated thanks |

| it will not work anymore have you read the faqs. saying if your base band is updated to 6.15 then you will not be able to use the normal restore procedure you must use the custom firmware restore. read the faqs. dont just post and post . your just spaming the board it will not solve your problem  |

| I too have the same issues as lovenelrod I don't know what to do!!!!! I deleted the lines from C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc but restore still doesn't work. You guys said it should be restored with a custom firmware... how?? Where do I get such a custom firmware from? It is the FIRST and LAST time I ever buy an Apple product. I don't care it's my fault or not, they should restrict their products like that to begin with. They should be "factory jailbroke." Now I just want to make it functionable again so I can sell it and buy myself a Nokia N8. Can anyone help me with this 1015 error?? Please?? |
