Iphone 3G / no wifi / no Imei / no ICCID / no modem firmware

Iphone 3G / no wifi / no Imei / no ICCID / no modem firmware

I have exactly the same

Long story and learning/trying really hard but at the mo very

Lad updated my 3g to 4.1 big mistake with 5.14.2

So tried the
How to Downgrade iOS 4.1 (Baseband 05.14.2) to iOS 4.0 (Baseband 05.13.4) Using Fuzzyband

All went seemingly OK as I had 5.08 bootloader.

On reboot my jailbreak seemed still there but phone would give message after about 1 or two minutes of running of
"restore needed, restore from itunes"
It would then reboot and stays in this loop

If I go into the settings ABOUT it is there that the info for / no wifi / no Imei / no ICCID / no modem firmware ALL BLANK????

Built new 4.2.1 maintaining baseband (sn0breez....) and loaded that.

All went fine but still stuck in a loop with no / no wifi / no Imei / no ICCID / no modem firmware Still all BLANK????

Please, please help

Is this fixable? Is it a case of ipad 6.xxx ???

Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to reply, however this phone was working 100% till I decided to go to 4.1. This worked but no unlock as bas band was upgraded!!

So used the fuzzy band as as my boot loader was 5.08 and then ended up with the issues described no wifi, no firmware etc

try using redsnow 9.6rc8

i had the same problem wid my friends 3g today, fixed it using redsnow and 4.2 orignal fw
tick on ipad baseband(this will upgrade ur basbeband 6.11 and ur imei, wifi and iccid back)
be sure dat u have da same 4.2 fw already installed on ur iphone before running redsnow
u can later unlock it using ultrasnow from cydia

Cool Iphone blank imei fix

Download the correct orinigal firmware and the custom firmware for your iphone such as 4.1 or 4.2.1 etc

1. Open redsnow input the correct oringal firmware click next
2. Put the device in "just enter pwned mode dfu mode"
3. Once the device is in dfu mode open itunes
4. Auto itunes will detect the iphone in dfu mode
5. Right click on restore and chose the correct custom firmware not orinigal firmware
6. Once completed activiated the iphone if you can if not move on to the next step.
7. Now we got the iphone working on the correct custom firmware open redsnow again.
8. Chose the orignial firmware whitch is matching with iphone.
9. Click on install cydia and ipad baseband click next.
10. Once finished you shall see your iphone rebooting and imei everything is restored back to original.

If step 9 dont work just install ipad baseband you may already have cydia install when flashed with custom firmware.
