1. You must have installed via Cydia iFile.
2. Download cydia_1.0.3366-1_iphoneos-arm.deb unzip the file to your desktop.

3. Send the file-cydia_1.0.3366 1_iphoneos-arm.deb in your iPhone in the folder var / Modile / Documents (via SSH or a browser for iPhone)

4. Open iFile and go in var / Modile / Documents
5. Tap the file-cydia_1.0.3366 1_iphoneos-arm.deb and choose Install
6. Make a respring or restart your iPhone and ...

i have used iphonebrowser u can download that from
www.code.google.com/p/iphonebrowser

then save .deb file from englandH post - Download cydia_1.0.3366-1_iphoneos-arm.deb unzip the file to your desktop.
hier : http://www.only-iphone.fr/wp-content...s-arm.deb_.zip

then connect ur iphone to computer open iphonebrowser
go to var - root - media - cydia - AutoInstall - AutoInstall Deb Folder ( if you dont have it then make it (right click and make folder ) - drag and drop .deb file which you have saved earlier. unplug ur phone from computer then reboot it by switching off - that's it enjoy

I would say that it's recommended to manually update ONLY if you use CYDIA constantly.
Otherwise you're better off waiting for the CYDIA upgrade release - it was planned to be released with iOS 4.2...

Also, Redsn0w 0.9.6b4 for iOS 4.2.1 uses this new CYDIA version.

HINT: install iFile via CYDIA through the SiNfuL iPhone Repo source.
