first simply unlok ur handset with setool like we unlock A2 series phones. after that set will be dead. flash with latest version download from support. thanx setool team .

} “flash with latest version download from support”
how do i know which its the latest one?and do they take any credit ?

yes phone well be dead and you can flash phone with any main and fs tested many version.
