| BB 8900 connecting/disconnecting.help hi all,please i have a problem with my BB 8900.when u put in a sim,u'll have network 4 a while and then SOS will be displayed. did a backup and used jl_cmder to wipe the handheld n had this reload OS message. Now when i connect the phone to my pc,you hear the windows sound that confirms it's connected and then disconnects.it does this for a while,then stops.i'm therefore unable to reload the os i have read the faq and tried all the suggestions to no avail. any idea how to fix this issue??? thanx and best wishes to all |

all goes well until the "CONNECTING TO BOOTROM" stage and then the windows connection sound sounds twice and then the phone reboots. this recurs till i get an error message from BB DESKTOP MANAGER.This is the message "Application Loader was unable to connect with your device. Restart the loading process, reconnect your device and try again. Unspecified error encountered [A:0x00000001] what can i do now??? have tried with application loader from C:/program files..... and the force loading procedure described in the faq. thanx in advance | |
