| But possession of flash files is illegal. It is the 'intellictual property' of say Nokia or Sony Ericsson. Thats why there lawyers shut down Zulea's site and other sites too, they take great pleasure in shutting down sites that offer flashes, even if they are member only sites. BR |

Say from you guy's valuable comments, I get the impression that, I can not store these files, But I can use them? how can i use it without storing it somewhere? Ie, possession of these files for not delivery is also illegal? Or only if you store it for the intention of giving it out to poeple is it illegal? thanks much for the help, Joe. |

| The lawyers are only interested in large scale operations. They are not interested in people who host say 5 or 6 files on a website. Strictly speaking, possession of any Nokia, SE, LG etc etc flash is against copyright law, intellilectual rights, and all that, be it on your PC, laptop, website or FTP. BR |

| Strictly speaking yes, it doesn't matter whether you distribute or not, the flashes still contain intellictual property of the mobile phone manufacturer. |
