if you have dead htc with omap850 mcu and the jtag pinout not available this pics maybe help. (You must remove the mcu trace the pins reball the mcu and put back (for advanced users only)).

while exploring RIFF Software,

i found out that

= C5510 has no TAB for " Resurrection HELP "
= F500 has no TAB for " Interface PinOut " & " Resurrection HELP "
= i450 has no TAB for " Interface PinOut "
= i710 has no TAB for " Interface PinOut " & " Resurrection HELP "
= i718 has no TAB for " Resurrection HELP "
= i900 has no TAB for " Interface PinOut "
= U700 has no TAB for " Interface PinOut "
= U900v has no TAB for " Resurrection HELP "

JTAG pins for CU720 aren't routed for production units. You can however desolder the MSM chip and try to track it on board.

Ball pinout You can find in CU720 service manual.
